Harvest 2024: Wine making at the new bio-energetics cellar

The 2024 harvest marks a real sea change for our winery as for the first time we are going to carry out every single winemaking process at home into our new bio-energetics cellar

However this is just a small progress, it represents a good starting point that enables us to push the limits of our creativity and furthermore it generates a costant improvement.

From now on we can also count on new high quality and valuable tailored recipients made to properly fit the design of our cellar designed by the architect Michele Giannetti. In the same way these recipients are capable to meeting our production layout needs too. 

Our new cement tanks have been produced with a special concrete enriched with aggregates from the ground of Brenta river (Veneto) reknowed to have special conduction and thermal resistance properties really unique in the whole world.

The concrete cement also has the capabality to support and get along with each fermentations as well as the evolution of the wine by following its seasonal path and so mantaining the proper temperature each stage. All of this, in addition to energy resources saving, it avoids any risk of reductions for the wines.

At same, these cement recipients guarantee a neutral impact and no influence to the wine in terms of aromas so that we can preserve its purity. Actually we can already go out on a limb and say how the concrete cement tank tend to improve the fruitiness expression of each wine.

Last but not least, another important fact again, they really look like real unique pieces which make our new bio-energitcs cellar even more and more exclusive.
