
Twenty years ago, Massimo Lentsch and Stefania Frattolillo realized their dream of growing grapes and producing wine on Lipari, a volcanic terroir with a millennia-old winemaking tradition. The entire production process is in harmony with the island’s nature and traditions, from the vineyards on the Castellaro plain, where the traditional bush vine training system has been maintained, to the winery, a captivating structure that harnesses sunlight and wind for lighting and temperature regulation.
