It often happens, when we talk about eco-sustainability, that we think of this term more as an abstract concept than a concrete reality. Respect for nature is very important to us and we demonstrate it with the construction of our new winery in Randazzo. In this post we share a pic in which you can see the construction of the thermolabyrinth, a complex natural cooling system that will allow a thermoregulation that does not require any energy consumption. In fact, the thermolabyrinth will allow us to keep the temperature in the cellar constant all the time, all year round, without the need to use electricity. Our objective is energy self-sufficiency.
